On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and myself, I cordially congratulate you and the people of India on your national holiday – the Republic Day.

Azerbaijani-Indian relations have a long-standing tradition. I do hope that we will continue our efforts for the development of our bilateral relations, friendship and cooperation for the benefit of our peoples.

I wish you good health and continued success in your activities, and the friendly people of India permanent welfare and prosperity.
