On the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Azerbaijan, on behalf of the Lao people and on my own, I would like to convey to Your Excellency and through you to the friendly Azerbaijan people my warmest congratulations and best wishes.

I am convinced that the good relationship and cooperation between the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and the Republic of Azerbaijan will be further strengthened and fruitfully bolstered for the benefits of our two peoples and that of world peace and international cooperation.
