Ilham Aliyev visited a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in Goranboy

President Ilham Aliyev and his wife Mehriban Aliyeva have arrived in Goranboy District on a visit.

The head of state and his wife first laid flowers at a statue of national leader Heydar Aliyev in the center of the district.

Head of Goranboy District Executive Authority Nizamaddin Guliyev informed President Ilham Aliyev about the work carried out in the district and large-scale landscaping work around the statue of the national leader.

As a result of the landscaping and construction work all conditions have been created for residents` rest in the park after national leader Heydar Aliyev. The Heydar Aliyev Center, which has original architecture, was built in the park.
