Dear Mrs. President,

I was profoundly saddened to hear about the loss of numerous lives and destructions that took place as a result of a natural disaster in your country.

On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I extend my deepest condolences to You, families and friends of the deceased, and to the people of Brazil, and wish a quick recovery to the injured and wounded.
