Dear Dmitry Anatolyevych,

I was deeply saddened by the news of heavy loss of life caused by the terrorist act at “Domodedovo” airport.

We resolutely condemn terrorism in all its forms and manifestations.

On behalf of myself and the people of Azerbaijan, I offer my profound condolences to You, the bereaved friends and families of the victims, and to the people of Russia. I wish the injured a quick recovery.
