On my own behalf and on behalf of the Azerbaijani people, I would like to congratulate you and the entire people of Poland wholeheartedly on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic of Poland – the Constitution Day.

Today, the Azerbaijani-Polish relations are evolving successfully in the spirit of friendship and cooperation. I do hope that we will continue to pay consistent efforts towards fostering of interstate relations and deepening of our co-operation.

On this remarkable day, I wish you good health, successes in your activities, as well as welfare and prosperity to the friendly people of Poland.
