On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and myself I would like to sincerely congratulate you and all the people of Russia on the state holiday – the Day of Russia.

The friendly Russian state today is successfully modernizing the political, socioeconomic and spiritual spheres of life.

From time immemorial Azerbaijan and Russia have been bound together through the ties of friendship, good neighborliness and mutual support. I am sure that our multifaceted cooperation and strategic partnership that are based on these kind relations will continue to develop dynamically in the name of the prosperity of our peoples and countries, in the name of peace, stability and progress in the region.
