Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To allocate 3.0 (three) million manats to the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Azerbaijan from the Reserve Fund of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan envisaged in the state budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2011 for the construction of a new Zoology Park on the territory of Absheron District.
2. To task the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan with financing the activities in the amount envisaged in Clause 1 of the present Order.
3. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving other issues stemming from the present Order.
