It is with a profound sadness I took the news on numerous human losses in the tragedy occurred in the city of Monterrey.

On my own behalf and on behalf of the people of Azerbaijan, I express my deep condolences to you, the families of the head and their relatives as well as the entire Mexican people and wish the soonest recovery of the injured and wounded.
