Please let me sincerely congratulate you on the occasion of your victory in the presidential election of the Republic of Bulgaria.

Azerbaijan and Bulgaria share traditional ties of friendship and cooperation. I do hope that our efforts towards strengthening our interstate relations and cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats will always serve the interests of our peoples and states.
