Ilham Aliyev participated at the opening of a park named after Nizami Ganjavi in Goranboy

President Ilham Aliyev has taken part at the opening of the park named after Nizami Ganjavi in the framework of his visit to Goranboy.

Head of state was informed that the park is located in the entry to the city of Goranboy if to arrive from Goran.

The entrance gate of the park is constructed in modern style. The great monument of Azerbaijani poet Nizami Ganjavi is erected here.

Mosaic photos of various compositions taken from the Khamsa’s Treasury of Mysteries, Khosrov and Shirin, Leyli and Majnun, Seven Beauties and Isgendername poems are seen around the monument of poet.

President of Azerbaijan walked in the park and familiarized with conditions created here. It was noted that the park covering the area of 1.1 hectare is reconstructed fully in one year and a half. 3 fountains created here add beauty to surrounding areas. This park gives an opportunity for local residents to use two roofed recreation zones that will be pleased also to children because it contains also various compositions of folk tales. Modern lighting system and fountains are installed in the park. Irrigation systems are built to irrigate plants. The modern spring system is also built in here. The park has various banks for seating. In general, the park contain almost 30 thousand various type of decorative trees and bushes. In a word, all conditions are created in the park named after Nizami Ganjavi commissioned recently in Goranboy.

President Ilham Aliyev highly evaluated the conditions created in the park.
