Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. The following amendments shall be introduced to Part 1 of Order No 1852 of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated 25 December 2006 “On approving a new make-up of the State Commission on economic cooperation between the Republic of Azerbaijan and Japan” (Collection of Laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, 2006, No. 12, Article 1111; 2007, No. 11, Article 1133; 2009, No. 2, Article 74; 2010, No. 2, Article 80, No. 6, Article 501): the words “Teymur Mehdiyev – Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Adalat Valiyev - Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan” shall be replaced with the words “Vadim Khubanov – Deputy Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan”, the words “Sabir Ilyasov – First Deputy General Director of the Azerbaijan Airlines State Concern” shall be replaced with the words “Sabir Ilyasov – First Vice President of the Azerbaijan Airlines Closed Joint-Stock Company” and the words “Azer Huseyn – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Japan” shall be replaced with the words “Gursel Ismayilzadeh – Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Japan”.
2. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with sending an appropriate notification to Japan regarding a new make-up of the State Commission specified in Clause 1 of the present Order.
