Dear Mr. President,

I have been deeply saddened by the news of the death of schoolchildren as a result of a major car accident in your country.

On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own, I would like to express condolences to you, the families of those killed and all the people of Palestine, and wish a speedy recovery to those injured.

May they rest in peace!
