Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
To award Mrs. Alexandra Moreno Piraquive with “The honorary diploma of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan” for a contribution to the development of friendly relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Republic of Columbia.
