Governed by Clause 32 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:
1. To establish the General Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Odessa, Ukraine.
2. To task the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan with resolving issues of material and technical provision and financing associated with the activities of the General Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Odessa, Ukraine.
3. To task the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan with approving a structure and staff schedule of the General Consulate of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the city of Odessa, Ukraine.
