Order of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan on awarding E. C. Azayev the diplomatic rank of envoy extraordinary and plenipotentiary of second class

Governed by Clause 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I hereby resolve as follows:

1. To award Elkhan Cherkez ogly Azayev the diplomatic rank of envoy extraordinary and plenipotentiary of second class.

2. The present Order shall become effective from the date of signing.
