President Ilham Aliyev has arrived in Lankaran District.
The head of state visited the statue of nationwide leader of the Azerbaijani people Heydar Aliyev in the Heydar Aliyev memorial park in the center of Lankaran and laid flowers at it.
The head of the Lankaran District Executive Authority, Taleh Garashov, informed President Ilham Aliyev that the park is a popular place of recreation for both local residents and guests of the district. The park, covering an area of four hectares, has been landscaped, green areas established and fountains built in it. The Heydar Aliyev memorial park is well suited for people’s effective leisure and recreation.
