Thanks to your wise diplomacy, the international authority of our country is growing by the day. This authority was won thanks to you. The extradition of Ramil Safarov from Hungary to Azerbaijan and your pardon decree based on the principles of humanism have delighted the people of Azerbaijan.

At the same time, it symbolizes great respect and honor for the memory of our sisters and brothers, our martyrs who gave their lives in the struggle for the independence and territorial integrity of the motherland.

Mr. President, you have once again proved that you are indeed a strong head of state who lives with the concerns of every Azerbaijani, every soldier and officer. The historical documents you have signed regarding the courageous sons of the homeland enhance the patriotic spirit of our youth.
