Dear Mr. President,

Your order to pardon Ramil Safarov has caused boundless joy both in me and all the young people who love their country. We were concerned each time we watched the online footage of Ramil Safarov’s trial. We were disappointed by the court decision regarding such a patriot as Ramil. But the fact that you succeeded in having Ramil Safarov extradited to the motherland and the order you signed immediately to pardon him have once again demonstrated the care of the Commander-in-Chief for the officer. We, the youth, have witnessed again that every soldier standing guard over the homeland has a strong Commander-in-Chief. We trust you and rely on you. The freeing of Ramil Safarov has inspired every young Azerbaijani to fight for the liberation of our lands. We assure you that the Azerbaijani youth have the strength to free our lands from the enemy, we will be able to give the enemy a decent answer.

Because we are the citizens of a strong Azerbaijan led by such a wise President as you.
