Your order to pardon Ramil Safarov has bolstered patriotic spirits in us, the youth of Salyan. You, Mr. Ilham Aliyev, have the qualities that are not inherent in any other head of state. You care about your officer and every citizen of Azerbaijan, perceive their problems as your own. By freeing Ramil Safarov you have proved to the world the power of Azerbaijan and Heydar Aliyev's policy, the love of President Ilham Aliyev for the people and the nation.

The care of Ramil Safarov is a triumph of foreign policy the foundation of which was laid by great leader Heydar Aliyev and which is successfully continued by you today. It is a triumph of Azerbaijan’s international authority and diplomacy. We, the youth, believe that in the near future, you will raise the national flag of Azerbaijan in Nagorno-Karabakh, in Khankandi. The modern Azerbaijani youth follows in the political footsteps of Mr. Ilham Aliyev. The Azerbaijanis living all over the world, the whole Turkic world is proud of you. The youth of our district learn from you, Mr. President, how to love the country, land and be patriotic.
