Every step you take further unites the people of Azerbaijan, reinforces respect and reverence of the Azerbaijani youth for you. This yet another decision has delighted all the Azerbaijanis of the world. This decision is your decree to pardon the brave son of the Azerbaijani people, Ramil Safarov.

This step has greatly pleased us, the youth of Kalbajar District, and strengthened our sense of patriotism.

We have acquired a belief in the imminent return to our native Kalbajar, we have become stronger now.

Dear Mr. President,

The freeing of Ramil Safarov and the high state care about him have delighted us all. We have visited our hero and shared our joy with him. On behalf of the thousands of young people from Kalbajar District we express our gratitude to you for giving us this joy, for instilling in us a sense of love of the country and loyalty.

We, the youth, assure you that we are ready to free Karabakh from the enemy occupation on your order at any moment.
