We express our gratitude to you for your efforts to extradite and pardon Ramil Safarov who had been imprisoned in Hungary for a long time, and heartily congratulate you on this occasion.

You have done an outstanding. Your decision has further strengthened people's faith in you.

Inshallah, we will restore our sovereign rights over native Karabakh. The armed forces of Azerbaijan of which you are the Commander-in-Chief are capable of doing so. We thank you for all the steps taken in the name of our Azerbaijan.
