We, the believers of living in Gazakh District, were very delighted to hear that you have pardoned the brave son of the Azerbaijani people Ramil Safarov and freed him from the remainder of his sentence.

This was made possible thanks to your hard work and diplomatic talent. Unfortunately, people often present lie as the truth. This was done by those who convicted Ramil. By their attacks they sought to discredit the brave officer. The injustice against him tormented us for a long time. However, you put an end to this situation. Inshallah, you will also resolve the unjust Nagorno- Karabakh conflict. Therefore, we pray for you every day. God bless you!
