I feel a sense of pride and admiration over your decision. As an Azerbaijani officer, Ramil Safarov defended the honor of our country. The extradition of an army officer of a country in a state of war, who was sentenced to life in prison in another country, is a major victory. It is also an indicator of your high standing in the international arena. This is the result of your successful policy.
