President Ilham Aliyev has received a delegation led by Adviser to the US Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Eric Rubin.

The sides expressed their satisfaction with the development of bilateral relations between the Republic of Azerbaijan and the United States in various spheres and pointed to extensive opportunities for a further expansion of economic cooperation.

The meeting also noted the importance of high-level energy cooperation between the two countries and exchanged views on the current state of talks on the settlement of the Armenian-Azerbaijani Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and other issues.
