President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev has visited the city of Mingachevir.
President Ilham Aliyev visited the monument to the nationwide leader of the Azerbaijani people erected in front of the newly built Heydar Aliyev Center, and laid flowers at it.
The head of the executive authority of the city of Mingachevir, Niyazi Bayramov, informed the President that the author of the monument is People’s Artist Omar Eldarov. The area around the monument has been landscaped and trees planted.
