Dear Mr. President!

On my own behalf and on behalf of the Turkish people, I congratulate Your Excellency on reelection as president following the presidential election in Azerbaijan, and wish you every success in your work.

We have experienced great joy from the fact that the election, as always, was successfully held in the atmosphere of peace and tranquility. I do hope that the results of the election will benefit the people of Azerbaijan.

Turkish-Azerbaijani relations are based on a deep foundation of brotherhood and love between our two nations. Throughout history, they have been of a unique nature and, based on the saying of nationwide leader Heydar Aliyev "One nation in two states", have reached a perfect level through our joint efforts.

I strongly believe that Your Excellency, as before, will continue to take steps that will ensure the expansion of our cooperation in every field.

On this occasion I once again express the joy I will feel when entertaining Your Excellency, my dear brother, in Turkey in the shortest possible time. I wish you good health and happiness, and permanent peace and prosperity to the brotherly people of Azerbaijan.
