Our doors are always open to you and your visit to Moscow University is always a great joy and celebration for us. I assure you that Moscow University is always ready to make a contribution to the progress of education and science, and I hope that our active and fruitful cooperation will always contribute to the enrichment of the centuries-old traditions of friendly relations between the peoples of Russia and Azerbaijan.
An excellent example of the effective implementation of the Russian-Azerbaijani cooperation in the humanitarian sphere has been the establishment of the Baku branch of Moscow State University, which has been opened on your decree and become, thanks to your continued support, a true gem of university science and education in Azerbaijan and a high-quality educational institution.
