I want to convey to you my sincere congratulations on your reelection as President of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Along with congratulations I would like to express my hope that your country will go even further forward towards the development of democracy and a law-governed state.

Azerbaijan can rely on the support of Germany in this and in the process of promoting the unity of Euro-Atlantic values.
