Due to its economic recovery and strengthening of its position in the international arena, Turkey is highly respected in the world. We rejoice in the successes of Turkey and experience the feeling of pride.
The Azerbaijani-Turkish friendship, brotherhood and partnership emanates from the will of our peoples which share common national and spiritual values. These values form the basis of our inter-state relations. I am confident that our unity, having stood all tests of history, will be the best possible gift to future generations.
