Ilham Aliyev left for the Russian capital Moscow on a working visit

President Ilham Aliyev has left for the Russian capital Moscow on a working visit to attend an unofficial meeting of the CIS Council of Heads of State.

The President was seen off at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport by Head of the Presidential Administration Ramiz Mehdiyev and Baku Mayor Hajibala Abutalibov.
