These days, the people of Azerbaijan and everyone who loves our people feel a sense of infinite joy. It is thanks to you that our brave officer Ramil Safarov was extradited from Hungary to Azerbaijan and pardoned you. By doing so, you have given us great joy. Your wise diplomatic move dealt a crushing blow to our enemies. This is your victory. It is the victory of
the Azerbaijani state, the people of Azerbaijan, the Azerbaijan flag which has made it into the Guinness Book of Records.

As far as I know, there is no other President in the world who would protect a citizen of his country and a brave officer, who would pay so much attention and care about him. Because you have completed the school of a wise man and great personality – Heydar Aliyev. I am confident that thanks to your determination and wisdom, our native Karabakh will be freed from occupation. As a veteran of World War II who scribbled his name on the Berlin Wall with a bayonet in May 1945, as a 92-year-old elder I say you that by freeing Ramil Safarov you have delighted the souls of the sons and daughters who died for the country. May Allah always please you!

Mr. President! By releasing our officer who had defended the national flag, you have lifted our tricolor flag to the skies. For your bravery and courage you now stand in line with the great heads of state and military leaders whose names are written in gold letters in the glorious history of mankind.

Dear President! You have wisely defended someone who defended our flag. May Allah bless you! Always be healthy, rest assured that we are ready for exploits in your way. You love the glorious sons of our country such as Ramil Safarov and Mubariz Ibrahimov, who took on the enemy and sacrificed his life. We love you, we support you.
