On behalf of the people of Azerbaijan and on my own behalf, I would like to convey to you and all the people of your country the most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday – the Independence Day.

I do believe that the steps we have been taking to strengthen Azerbaijani-Vietnamese relations and expand the traditionally friendly ties and mutual beneficial cooperation will continue to serve the interests of our peoples.

On this holiday, I wish you good health and every success in your activities, and the friendly people of Vietnam peace and prosperity.
