Your Excellency President, dear Ilham, my dear friend,

Allow me to take this opportunity to express my sincere congratulations on your reappointment to the position of the President of Azerbaijan.

I strongly believe that the cooperation between our two countries will continue and prosper further along.

Dear Mt. President, I hope that I will greet you soon in Republic of Slovenia, as you are informed, Republic of Slovenia and Republic of Azerbaijan are preparing special event in December 2013, when are going to celebrate 95th birth of our national hero Mehdi Huseynzadeh – Mihajlo.
